Different types of welding we can do

There are several types of welding for which we are trained and qualified. Some of the most common types of welding we can perform:

Stick welding, also known as shielded arc welding (SMAW), is a manual process that uses an electric current to create an arc between a consumable electrode and the workpiece. The heat generated by the arc melts the metal, and as the electrode burns away, a pool of molten metal is formed. The contractor can then add filler material, if needed, and use the electrode to fuse the two pieces of metal together.

MIG welding, or gas and metal arc welding (GMAW), is a semi-automatic process that uses a wire feeder to continuously feed a consumable wire electrode into the weld joint. MIG welding is often used for thin materials, and it is a fast and efficient way to create high quality welds.

TIG welding, or inert gas tungsten welding, is a manual process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the arc. TIG welding is very precise and is often used for thin materials or to weld materials that are prone to warping or warping.

Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) is similar to MIG welding, but uses a flux-cored electrode instead of a solid wire. The flux in the electrode helps protect the solder joint from contamination and can also provide additional filler material. FCAW is often used for outdoor applications or when welding in windy or drafty conditions.

Our founder Adnane Saïd

More than 20 years of professional work

Adnane Said is a professional welder specializing in the art of welding and assembling metal components. He is professional in using a variety of tools and techniques to melt and fuse metal, creating strong, durable joints that can withstand high levels of stress and deformation. He can work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, manufacturing plants and repair shops, and may be required to work with a wide range of materials including steel, aluminum, copper and copper-titanium. In addition to his technical skills, Adnane has a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work safely in potentially hazardous environments.
